THE CHALET

Inspired by the European tradition of brasseries on the ski slopes, Chef Bart Vandaele designed his own on The Hill. Chalet is the Swiss word for ’a wooden house on the mountain’. Chef Bart built it in the middle of 8th street.
Enjoy a glass of wine, a cocktail and great food in a cozy, informal setting.
In the winter there are blankets to keep you warm, during the summer we open the barn doors and all the windows for an outside feel.
We can also accommodate groups or even make it into a private event place for your parties, get-togethers, or meetings.
